[Missing] add core info file for FBNeo

Looks like the dust has been settled a bit & the FinalBurn Neo repo https://github.com/libretro/FBNeo is up and running. So I guess a new FBNeo core info file will be needed?

I guess something like this could do the trick? But I guess it needs further tweaking for database files.

PCSX2 core info file has incorrect supported file extension.

PCSX2 supports “cso” not “ciso”. This prevents compressed iso from being scanned. It can be fixed by manually editing the info file but it is overwritten with the next update.

I guess libretro-core-info should be updated before this can be merged libretro/Lakka-LibreELEC#707

Going by what is used in other .info files, shouldn't this be "game_boy" instead?

[Beetle-DC] Reicast core info files needs updated name scheme

Since libretro-reicast is probably now https://github.com/libretro/beetle-dc the core-info file needs some adjustments too.

Version 1.9.10 not tagged

v1.9.10 released but not tagged. Please tag it to help maintainers with update.

Version naming

I saw the commit message says the new version is v1.7.9.2 but the git tag is v1.7.9-2. It is better to use the same version name everywhere. Also, dash can cause some trouble for packaging...

Softpatching info

Hi!

Is it normal that softpatching option is not list in core info ?

Add mednafen_saturn_hw_libretro.info

I built mednafen-saturn-libretro with opengl support on Gentoo.
It produced mednafen_saturn_hw_libretro.so which is not in libretro-core-info.

Citra CXI files

Please add CXI to the supported extensions to the file citra_libretro.info

It works and is an official supported extension in the standalone Citra emulator.

Is it possible to add the extrension ? I wanted to create the PR but didn't know if only modifying the core info file would be enough.
