T/D calculation wrong when last point in nav doesn't have an altitude constraint

In this case, point n-1 (<sans nom>) has no alt constraint. We could start descending earlier rather than fall like a stone (see above vertical profile).

We should also infer probable altitude at <sans nom> from the descent rate.

Vertical profile of the Route

• Add airspaces to the route. Intersect route (x,y) with airspaces => gives a linear view in distance of where we enter/leave airspace projections on the ground.
• Extend this vertically with airspace boundaries, and determine exactly where we enter/leave them.
• Add altitude to Route
• Make first profile with Altitude only
