Make zone change dependent on position change

• When host receives an action that changes the zone of an object, add an event that actually changes it's zone before sending back to the player
• Add test to ensure that an event cannot be validated unless that zone change is valid

GameCore import is bugged

I believe const gamecore = require("../GameCore") in built/server/App.js will not work, and neither will the nested imports.

Sort out how to use the same imports for App.ts versus everything else

• Provide a do function to apply an event
• Provide an undo function to apply the event's inverse
