Upgrade to Unity 2019 and IL2CPP Android for ARM64 Support?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
according to google "Starting August 1, 2019, your apps published on Google Play will need to support 64-bit architectures.". So updating is necessary. and only on unity 2019 we can compile to arm64 and only using app bundle and on IL2CPP.

Upgrade to 2019 and upgrade sqlite library to be able to compile on app bundle and ARM64

Describe alternatives you've considered
alternative for me is updating an old version of sqlite repository for unity and update they version of sql-net. or just update the libary to major plataform to user sql-net

Authentication

It would be of great help if you could demonstrate authentication against App Service using the EasyAuth mechanism. This seems to be where most code/articles/tutorials I've found tend to stop. In my case, I need to authenticate against Google in a platform independent way (mobile/desktop/webgl).

Does this library work with Hololens 2 (UWP) and ARM or ARM64?

Misleading Name

Description
In your README and announcement for this SDK, you call it the 'Microsoft Azure SDK for Unity3D' but in fact it is only an SDK that provides access to the Microsoft Azure App Service. Azure is much bigger than this and there are many other services that are NOT supported by your SDK! Please update your documentation accordingly!
