Creating a photo post with Quill results in two photos

I've just noticed that when I create a post with a photo with Quill I get two photos uploaded with the latter being the one used in the post.

Syndication update doesn't work

I thought my syndication update hack worked but it doesn't ☹️. The update "happened" but it was detected as a new note post without the syndication field being added as can be seen in lildude/colinseymour.co.uk@a24c1a7

Support for Media Endpoint

Hello! I stumbled on this project while looking for a tool that would allow me to post from Micro.blog (and other MicroPub editors) to my own website. I’m currently using Micropub to GitHub, but gave this ago hoping it would support MicroPub's media endpoint feature. I think this is a relatively new addition to the spec.

Any plans to support this? If not, any clues as to where in the code I should look to add it would be gratefully received!
