Indexing order is not preserved when indexing columns out of order

julia> t = AxisArrayTable(reshape(1:15, 5, 3), 1:5, [:a,:b,:c])

Caused by JuliaArrays/AxisArrays.jl#213. It is however, possible to fix this locally.
