Using Embedding-Enhanced TextTiling

Hey,

It seems that parts are missing, and the whole isn't that easy to understand/customize.
I'm interested in experimenting with a kind of Embedding-Enhanced TextTiling, what would be the simplest way of using/tweaking your code so I can get a segmentation from a set of parameters pre-trained embedings, text, hyper_params.

I'm not looking for production-ready instruction, just directions to make this re-usable.
