game menu

games should boot into a menu where the user can press play or quit

things needed probably:

• play button
• quit button
• options menu maybe

Base desktop

since this game takes place on your desktop, that needs to actually exist.

@lindenreid is gonna take care of the assets

I'm gonna set things up

List of things needed probably:

• taskbar
• start menu
• desktop icons
• basic ass "file explorer"

these are all pretty self explanatory imo. the file explorer just needs to be a container for icons the same as the desktop, but opens a window. I think we both know how computers work.

extra credit: pretty picture for background. (maybe in the future we could let the player upload a picture from their actual computer, but definitely not worth doing now)
