Add test data for cancelled Connections

Include a GTFS-RT file and implement the corespondent tests for parsing cancelled trips into a set of CancelledConnection.

Allow trip.startTime as an option for URI templates

Since this option is being made available in the gtfs2lc tool, it should be available here too in order to maintain consistency.

Map pickupType and dropOffType
