Clarify build process

ATM I do not know any way to build the project from command line. This, however, is an important step in order to continue maintenance/development of this project.

Goal: Find out how to build the project using dotnet/msbuild and update the build configuration if appropriate. CI configuration would also be nice.

DirectoryNotFoundException on first start

Need to create the path before accessing it. Also, the path should be aligned to the project namespace, which no longer is ChristophThiede.Videfix but solely Videfix.

Automatically start up as administrator

ATM, Videfix warns you upon every system start that it should be restarted as an administrator provided that the autostart option has been turned on. It would be a nice improvement if it could automatically start as administrator. When this is implemented as a scheduled task, a manual UCA prompt might also be avoidable.

Also, make sure not to request admin rights when the current user does not have admin rights ...

Windows 11

Hi! Is there a way to use this in Windows 11? I've been looking for a solution like this for ages! And this is exactly what I need.
