[BUG] No audio

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

Running Remmina on Synology NAS as a docker/container. I rdp connect to a Windows 11 host computer, audio settings in remmina set to "local". Client computer is another Windows computer. I see the audio device is set to "external device" on the host computer, but I can`t hear the audio on the client pc. How do I fix this?

Unable to maximise Remmina. Fresh install, viewing through Edge browser[BUG] <title>

Current Behavior

Hi guys,

Just trying out Remmina and I have got it working through my reverse proxy. So far I am really enjoying it.

I have Remmina installed in a docker container, which I then access through a reverse proxy.

I am connecting from a Windows 11 laptop, using the Edge browser.

When I click minimise on the window, I am presented with a black screen. I do not see any buttons to restore the window within the browser tab. I Googled this and the advice I found was to disable the tray icon in preferences. This has no effect, even after restarting the container.

If I minimise the window, the only way I have found to restore it is to restart the docker container. I do not have any way to SSH in remotely, so this would be difficult to resolve if I minimised by mistake whilst away from home.

Thanks for any advice on fixing this

User and password change

Obviously securing your connections is the first thing the user would want to do. README says that default credentials are abc/abc and you can use login page to change them. But it says nothing about changing this password or creating and using different user.
I would like to secure my gateway but i dont even know how to do it.

Nginx does not bind to port 3000

Current Behavior

I have ipv6 disabled for all of my devices and i believe this is why port 3000 wont bind. It shows [::]:3000 error.

What file can i reconfigure to make nginx only listen on ipv4 addres..

So far i have edited the .conf in /defailts
i edited sites-available default

i attached a volume to keep my changes persistent but no luck

I feel like there is a hidden config that keeps pushing the configuration to nginx when container starts, regaurdless of what i put in the directories i think are related to nginx.

Unable to save connections

Expected Behavior

When creating a new connection, the "Save" button should be enabled and functional, and the "Save and Connect" button should create a saved connection for later re-use.

Current Behavior

The "Save" button is grayed out, and while the "Save and Connect" button is enabled and starts a connection, no saved connection is created. This behavior is reproduced both on my local Docker without a proxy, and in my Docker Swarm cluster behind Traefik.

3. Create a new connection
4. Fail to save

I would like to have added "smooth screen fonts" as a possible variable to pass via KASM Workspace json for RDP connections.

Reason for change

usign remmina in kasm is running much faster than using the guac backend. so I want to have a great experience using it.
