[Feature] Need to support mobile transfer

It will be great if Ding supports transfering between mobile device with desktop

Here are some suggestions

• since Ding is based on wails，wails does not support mobile now（maybe v3 achieve）
• we could transfer with browser web

[Feature] Need to verify transfer status

• In v1.0.0，Ding has made transfer successful in internal net. But it risks that transfer may loose some file bytes or byte incorrect order
• It's necessary for Ding to verify file transfer bytes order and file size
