Fix a bug with the dying and restarting

When you die and the game restarts:

1. It restarts with the shield protection mode on
2. The score continues from the previous game

Player leaving playfield to the right can never return

Moving to the right, off of the playfield puts game into endless loop as they cannot collide with anything and left-arrow does not bring them back into the playfield.

Add WASD keymapping suppport

Real gamers use WASD movement keys.
