Grails outdated - 3.3.10 available and 4.0.0.RC2 if possible

A newer version of Grails is available 3.3.10.

And if possible, please provide the 4.0.0.RC2 as Pre-Release in Chocolatey.

How to make sure Miniconda3 python and conda commands are in the PATH?

I am installing this Chocolatey package like this:

cinst -y  miniconda3 --version 4.5.1 /InstallationType=AllUsers /AddToPath=1 /RegisterPython=1 /D=C:\tools\miniconda3

I am trying to make sure that there is no issue with the commands python and conda, however after trying a few variations of the above command the Powershell / Cygwin terminal do not see python, also I can not find the conda command in C:\tools\miniconda3.

In order to make sure the PATH is updated I need to run this: $env:Path += ";C:\tools\miniconda3" so then python -V points to the Miniconda3 installation.

I am not very much familiar with Windows/Chocolatey, so I am wondering if I am doing something wrong?

The documentation here: https://chocolatey.org/packages/miniconda3 seems to suggest it's a pretty standard installation, but for some reason I don't see the PATH environment variable updated with the Miniconda3 installation.

Also: after updating the PATH ($env:Path += ";C:\tools\miniconda3") I can not find the conda command.
