金石篇：分享自己一年多自学日语日语并找到对日软件开发的工作的学习过程。日本程序员不歧视年龄身边很多前辈40多岁也在做，日本有很多“银发族”；而且日本考研也比国内容易很多，没有国内的考研难度大，也听说没有特别多的学历鄙视链，重在能力和学术科研之心。希望和小伙伴们每天一起打卡，让更多的准程序员也好还是未来想去日本工作、旅游、深造的朋友也罢，提供一个清晰地梳理和总结，渡人渡己。金石篇取自“锲而不舍，金石可镂“ 的寓意，只要坚持自我为自己而学，自强之人从来都不是池中之物！
