Special Shipping Module

pull from /home/dev2ther/public_html/smpw/addons/Special_Shipping

this module displays shipping choices on checkout then passes the selection to the order, but does not attempt to add any fees to the order

shipping cost will be calculated offline and added to the order manauly or in another system
