two_point_calib's Issues

Python version

Hi, thanks for the great work.

Is there any python version or do you have any plan of releasing python version?
Thank you.

The code can work normally, but the error between the estimated value and the real value is particularly large.

Here is the actual value and the estimated value.

the error between the estimated value and the real value is particularly large.
I checked and debugged the code, the code static bool readPTZFeatureLocationAndDescriptors in btdtr_ptz_util.cpp,the keypoint_data and descriptor_data and ptz_data are Eigen::MatrixXf,Because the accuracy is not enough, the error after reading the decimal places is very large.I guess this is one of the reasons, are there any other suggestions?
thank you very much.

Can not test project

Hi, thanks a lot for your fantastic work.
please forgive me for my lack of knowledge..
I'm trying to use this project after quick read of the paper, but I do not know where to begin with..
I tried the python version but it seems (and correct me if I am wrong) not completed.
So I tried the Matlab version, some functions can not be found but the problem still there, I do not know where to begin..
Can you please explain (in an easy way if it's possible) how to test this project?
I mean how to run files according to the pipeline?
(matlab is fine but python will be great)
thanks again.

BTDTParamFile: back tracking decision tree parameters

Hi Jianhui,

I was testing a bit your code for understanding better your algorithm.
I succeeded in creating the dataset but I do not have an example of
the file related to the parameters of the decision trees.
Could you provide one related to the two_point_calib dataset ?

Thanks.

Camera Coordinates

Hi,

Could you tell me how you get the camera coordinates (Cx,Cy, Cz) in your dataset in detail?

Thanks

xvecs_size seq4_model_00000000.fvec: weird file size 415130 for vectors of dimen sion 128

I am very interested in this method. I tried to run the program according to your thoughts. When I made the stadium prediction, I made this mistake:

I found this error for a long time. What is the cause of this? This is part of the log when I was training:

The code is tested on Visual Studio 2015 on a Windows7 system with MATLAB R2016a.
thank you.
