Naming change breaks asdf-kube-capacity.

Latest release of kube-capacity breaks previous naming convention which in turn breaks asdf-kube-capacity

The 0.5.0 release added a v to the tag which appears to break asdf-kube-capacity.

Download path is incorrect

The paths for kube-capacity have changed as of v0.7.4.

During the installation of v0.8.0 the plugin attempts to pull the file:

https://github.com/robscott/kube-capacity/releases/download/v0.8.0/kube-capacity_0.8.0_Darwin_x86_64.tar.gz

The correct URL is now:

https://github.com/robscott/kube-capacity/releases/download/v0.8.0/kube-capacity_v0.8.0_darwin_arm64.tar.gz

Note that the change in architecture is addressed in issue #6.

Need support for Apple silicon

The kube-capacity distribution includes builds for Apple silicon using the architecture name of amd64. The install scripts need to be updated so that this architecture is recognized and used for the download URL.

Here is the necessary output from uname to help determine which file to download:
