In an email sent to Deliveroo users in Germany, the company noted it was “on a mission to create the very best food delivery service in the world,” adding that “where we cannot do this to the level that we expect and you deserve, we won’t operate.”

This is just the last piece of a puzzle in which there is less and less competition in food delivery which also means worse customer service and worse treatment of their workes. Let's build a system in which everyone in the food delivery industry gets a fair share for the service they provide.
