R/Bioconductor code to reproduce biostatistical analyses in Cunha15CanRes

The aim of this R code bundle is to reproduce the statistical analyses of the nested case-control study GSE48091 as part of the original research article by Cunha, Bocci, Lövrot, et al. Cancer Res 2015.

Since not all clinical-pathological data is public, the analyses are not identical to the ones in the article.

Instructions

1. Run src/cache-objects.R
2. Knit reports/addendum-train-illustrative-models.Rmd
3. Knit reports/reproduce-cunha15canres.Rmd
