The reports below, like all QueueMetrics reports, can be customized to best fit your use case and needs.

Overview of the last 7 days.
The report is customizable and in the current form offers a compact overview of the:
- answered calls (summary and individual calls)
- unanswered calls (summary and individual calls)
- agent session and pause details
- individual agents and queues attempts (how many times the PBX tried to send a call to an agent or a queue)
- distribution of the calls per day of the week, calendar day, and hourly distribution

A report that assists with identifying the numbers that need to be recalled.
The report will automatically add or remove a number to the recall list. The list will be updated every time you run the report.

A report designed to be used as a scheduled job.
It will send you via e-mail a summary of the offered, taken and lost calls, as well as the call distribution by hour, and the attempts each agent has received during the day.
