loxilb ebpf sub-module

This README is here for anyone who wants to build loxilb ebpf only modules

Install Dependencies

sudo apt install clang llvm libelf-dev gcc-multilib libpcap-dev
sudo apt install linux-tools-$(uname -r)
sudo apt install elfutils dwarves

Build libbpf

cd libbpf/src
sudo make install
sudo ldconfig

Build loxilb ebpf

cd -
make

Why don't I see xdp program，Is this part not open source?

I encountered this error. If it is an error, shouldn´t the function return an error code?

If it is not an error, wouldn´t it be better to use log_warn()?

Support for SCTP checksum update

After SCTP NAT loxilb can't update checksum due to no proper way to update sctp checksum in eBPF. We need to be able to support it. (Current workaround is simply to disable sctp checksum at sctp hosts which is not a viable solution)
