Migrate from JCenter (bintray) to Sonatype (nexus)

JCenter no longer allows new versions to be published to need to switch to Sonatype.

Log messaging headers

Currently, the messaging interceptors don't log the headers which makes it hard to figure out which topic the message is consumed from or published to.

Add support for Spring Cloud Stream

Spring now supports Kafka, RabbitMQ etc message handling with a functional approach through Spring Cloud Stream.

It would be helpful if this library supported intercepting messages handled by SCS.

Make lifeline activation configurable

When too many lifelines are activated concurrently we see that the svg generation blows up. For some types of test we may have man concurrent requests and responses flying around activating lifelines on the same participant.

The concurrent messaging also seems to cause issues in terms of synchronising the activation with the request message (i.e. maybe they should be atomically added).

For starters it should be possible to disable lifeline activation/deactivation

We need to add an interceptor to error channels.
