Fix the readme

Renders poorly on github, probably just some newline munching going on.

Create deregister function in the server

Create a graceful deregister for the server, at the moment dead nodes just sit around until the purge. Would be nice to have a deregister so that the other clients get the message as well.

Server file cache is annoying

Caching of files available is pretty annoying for testing purposes, I'd like to see a check to turn the caching off and serve the files from io directly (debug mode maybe?).

Import dependent phpjs natively

Also look into server side security integration.
