Cleartext (http) support

When trying to open http pages on android 9+ I receive error: net::ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED

Reproduce

1. Open app in android 9/10
2. Try to load http://example.com

Expected

Page loads normally

Actual

Page fails to load with error net::ERR_CLEARTEXT_NOT_PERMITTED

Bug with iframe due to wrong shouldOverrideUrlLoading implementation

Hi, thanks for creating the project and putting it to the PlayStore. It's been helpful for testing a bug report I got.

I reproduced the bug with webview-tester and reported an issue to Chrome, but turns out the problem is linked to the WebView implementation:

and it's exactly doing the thing that is described as "do not do" in Android docs:

Because of this, when the page under test has an iframe, it can be that contents of iframe will be loaded unexpectedly in top level.

Enable remote debugging option

I'm unsure if Google Play allows this when adding the app to their app store, but it would be really useful if this app were able to have remote debugging enabled.
