Merge audio file with an audio file.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  joining the audio with an video

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should provide an video file with an audio . 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version which is available in the javcv download page.

JavaCV not running despite following previous threads accurately

1. Running any program in JavaCV

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
JDK 1.6.0_25 and Feautured "javacv-bin.zip" on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I have done everything as the threads said. 
Followed "OpenCV and Windows 7" page at each instruction. Nothing seems to work 
and I get the above said error each time. This is really frustrating, I had to 
re-install my OS and since then nothing works. I previosuly had the 2011 
version of javacv and OpenCV 2.3.1 but now nothing seems to work. I even tried 
rolling back to the previous javacv and opencv versions from the latest 
versions but I still get the error.

all other programs(ShowImage & motionDetection) using opencV and javaCV works 
well accept facedetection program
