fix disk cache spec

this line will cause the test to fail on the first run, change it to:
Pathname.new(storage.db.join(key)).delete if storage.db.join(key).exist?

fix parser

In specs the zemanta parser is being monkeypatched.
Because of this we cant run testsuite in isolation (ie. try running rspec spec/integration and all will fail because the monkey patch was not applied).
remove the monkeypatching, fix failing specs.

fix NullCache

NullCache should implement methods [] and []=.
Fix the code and specs.

add integration test

High level tests to check if whole level stacks are working are necessary. Add them.

use webmock

Some specs are stubbing custom code, while they should use webmock to do the job. Fix the specs.
