I can confirm that this was the issue.
I made a few changes to my code to make sure I have the correct encoding and that fixed the issue

What is your workflow?

In my testing, I did not find any issues. Additionally, it seems to be an issue that theoretically should not occur.
If the issue occurs even after setting up this workflow, try disabling all custom nodes and test again.

Sorry, some of the text is missing from my previous comment.

I noticed that this error is happening with some specific paths to the prompt file.
the path in the screenshot above is causing it to error.
If I copy the same content inside another file like "foo.txt", it will work just fine

I am using a python script to write my text files.
It seems that this might be the issue as if I copy paste the content into a new file, that new files doesn't get any errors.
