Stuck at Your info is being checked

Cant load in at all.

Cant join

Hey there, i use DZ-Admin and i cant join, it only shows me this message
[dz-admin | dz-security.live] Welcome to "..DZ.ServerName..", Your info is being checked.

its in server/sv-main.lua and i understand it that it asked for bans, but why it doesnt let me join?

how can i fix this?

I use ESX Legacy

on your fxmanifest says
client_scripts { 'client/cl_main.lua', 'client/cl_noclip.lua', 'client/cl_utils.lua' }
this file is missing
client/cl_noclip.lua

Can't Join Server

No F8 Errors due to not being in server, this is all TX is saying
