Database export command missing directory

When I run the command robo database:export /var/www/html I get the error Too many arguments, expected arguments "command"..

Description:
  Export database.

Usage:
  database:export [options]

Options:
      --directory                      Where to save the dump file.
      --format=FORMAT                  Format the result data. Available formats: null,string [default: "yaml"]
  -s, --site[=SITE]                    Indicate which site you are running the command. [default: "default"]
  -h, --help                           Display this help message
  -q, --quiet                          Do not output any message
  -V, --version                        Display this application version
      --ansi                           Force ANSI output
      --no-ansi                        Disable ANSI output
  -n, --no-interaction                 Do not ask any interactive question
      --simulate                       Run in simulated mode (show what would have happened).
      --progress-delay=PROGRESS-DELAY  Number of seconds before progress bar is displayed in long-running task collections. Default: 2s. [default: 2]
  -D, --define=DEFINE                  Define a configuration item value. (multiple values allowed)
  -v|vv|vvv, --verbose                 Increase the verbosity of messages: 1 for normal output, 2 for more verbose output and 3 for debug

The destination directory is defined as an option, but the command expect an argument.

Problem 1

- Conclusion: remove twig/twig v2.12.5
- Conclusion: don't install twig/twig v2.12.5

Missing --uri option in deploy command on multisite

Release: 3.0.0

If I run robo config:import -s my-site the config-import Drush command add correctly the option --uri=my-site, but when I run robo deploy -s my-site no option --uri=my-site is added to all the Drush commands.

Make settings.php and services.yml not writable

I was wondering why don't we change permissions to chmod 444 of these two files at the end of the scaffold command.
