Fingerprints don't match existing ones

The acoustic fingerprints output by the python script for tracks over 60 seconds don't match those already in the database (likely created by fingerprinter.c). I tried with one track shorter than 60 seconds and the fingerprints matched, so my guess is there's an inconsistency with how "max length" is used in calculations.

Potential options:

• Fix python script so it produces the same fingerprints as the C version
• Don't continue with a python script - use c script instead
• Migrate existing DB to use fingerprints generated in python version

Not running on Apple silicon

The docker image doesn't build on linux/arm64/v8. Some python wheels don't seem to be available and building the pip packages from source errors.
Have tried tweaking a few different versions of stuff, and end up with different errors for each variation, but nothing that builds and runs the whole way through.

Fingerprints differ between dev & prod

Some acoustic fingerprints generated differ slightly when run in development versus production. They're consistent across multiple runs on the same server. Unclear why this would be as in theory running in a docker container should make things pretty much the same. The architecture of the machines is different - is that an issue?

Convert .it and .mod files

Small number of .it files in collection, which aren't well supported everywhere. Appears these are "Impulse Tracker" files. Apparently ffmpeg can handle these using libopenmpt. Even fewer .mod files which are supported in same library.
