Add a default.nix

It looks like this relies on a number of local packages which could instead be pulled in reliably with a nix config. That would enable anyone testing organon to just run nix develop or equivalent, without having to track down all the dependencies individually.

@srid, do you have an idea about how best to go about this?

Basic README

I'd like to try abacateiro out on my own set of .org files (which are pretty basic at the moment). Perhaps some basic commands can be added to README?

Graph nodes are unclickable on mobile

At least on iPhone clicking on the graph nodes in https://lucasvreis.github.io/ does not navigate to the page
