Linking error on MacOS

Expected Behavior

• C-Data-Structures Shared Library should properly link with Angstrom during compilation.

Actual Behavior

• Angstrom is unable to find the CDS Shared Library.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

1. Clone repository
2. Type make

Get Rid of C-Data-Structures Dependency

Unlikely to use the C Data Structure project in other projects.

Would be good to just get rid of that repository and pull in new versions directly to the repository tailored for this project.

Conflicting names for "getline()"

Expected Behavior

• Angstrom should compile on MacOS without naming conflicts.

Actual Behavior

• There is a "conflicting types" error for the method "getline()"

Steps to reproduce this behavior

1. Clone repository on MacOS.
2. Type make

Cloning C-Data-Structures without permissions

Expected Behavior

• User should be able to clone the repository and have access to C-Data-Structures without being a contributor to the project.

Actual Behavior

• User must be a contributor to C-Data-Structures to clone the repository via ssh.

Steps to reproduce this behavior

1. Clone Angstrom
2. git submodule init
3. git submodule update
