make this project a nodejs package

Thats actually not a request, I just want to explainwhy I think this is a good idea, and if you think the same, I will provide you with a PR which introduces the needed changes.

1. DalekJS is a nodeJS module itself
2. it allows to make use of require() without full/relative paths, as we can put the files in nodes module directory (can also be in the local project if the directory gets named node_modules)
3. we can reference to nodeJS for how to organize anything and how to code clean
4. we can later offer to install it as nodeJS package parallel to dalekJS

that just what comes to my mind after the first bit of thinking about

separate opening pages and so on from test logic

According to http://martinfowler.com/bliki/PageObject.html separating accessing page elements and test logic should be separated.
