errors seen in console

I was using the advanced version of the app and the following errors popped up when I was using the app:

Below are the settings I was using when I saw these errors:

The app appears to have worked anyway though so I think this is a low-priority issue.

`wv_counties_buffer` not found

It looks like the counties table asset has been (moved|deleted):

Collection.loadTable: Collection asset 'users/lizcanosandoval/wv-regions/wv_counties_buffer' not found.

@luislizcano : can you resolve this?

Profile Chart missing data?

Is the profile chart display of the LC classes not showing all the data?
For the selection below I was expecting to see a land cover class for each pixel.
Instead I only see a total of four land cover points.
The transect defintely spans more than four pixels.

Area Calculations button does nothing?

when clicking the "Areas for Left map" nothing seems to happen.
The console prints "Exporting areas of left mosaic" but no download begins and I don't see a popup dialog.
I see it says "exports to google drive" but I looked in my google drive home and under "shared files" but did not see anything there either.

advanced app changed location?

I am having some trouble loading the advanced interface:

• from the link in the readme I got a scripts app with this error:

  Cannot find required script: users/lizcanosandoval/rslab:WV_Mosaics_app_v0.8 
  

• from the link in the basic app interface I get the issue from #11

I suspect these links need to be updated?

add to IMaRS github

In the future we should fork this or move it to the [usf-imars github organization)[https://github.com/usf-imars/].
That way it will be a bit easier to find for people coming to our github.

profile chart LC visual hard to interpret

The visualization of the profile chart for the land classes is hard to interpret.
The y axis shows land cover classes by number instead of name.

Some ideas on how to improve this:

• swap the vertical positioning of the LC and DEM legends so the LC class listing is closer to the profile chart
• show class names on LC y axis instead of (or in addition to) the LC class number
• set the color of LC points on profile chart to match the color of the class on the map & legend

export app code to git + clone to github

We can copy the code into git for versioning.
Clicking the "save" button seems to create a git repo stored on google's git servers.
From there we can clone these repos to github.

• "save" to google's git servers
• git clone the repo to your local machine
• create new empty repo on github
• `git remote add github_remote https://github.com/usf-imars/3d
• git push github_remote to upload code to github
• add github repo link to description on app page
• do this for both apps

DEM map not showing

After hitting "generate" with the settings in the screenshot below and for the Rookery Bay area I cannot see the DEM layer.

I think the DEM layer is displaying but being covered by the LC cover layer.
I think this because you can see the DEM layer for a moment sometimes as the layers load when zooming or moving around.
This is happening despite the LC cover layer not being checked.

add report issues link(s) to "more information"

In addition the the contact emails it would be good to add links to the github issues tracker(s) for people to report issues.

This link could be to this repo's issues tracker or to the advanced and basic apps could each link to their own issue trackers on their repos (preq #3 if the latter).

advanced interface `Layer error`; missing assets?

I just opened the advanced interface and saw this error before doing anything:

Perhaps these assets got moved?
