Fix audio codec for mobile devices

Some devices are unable to play the sound of the newly produced video. On the other side, MP4 supports only AAC/M4A and MP3 which I couldn't get working.

Fix video play

Right now, the video is played just by displaying some of the frames in a 0.1s interval. Alongside to this, the corresponding audio is trimmed and played. It would be better to somehow play the actual video instead, but it is not easy to implement in tkinter.

Enable window resizing

It would be nice to add responsivity (enable window resizing).

Add release

Add release for Windows and Linux, so the users may download the app directly.
