GitHub Actions that we use

At some point in the future, learn and make use of various github actions for testing code. At the start all I want it to achieve is to check whether all python files meet pep8 standards and check for any obvious errors (which I believe should all be possible using flake8 to lint).

In addition, explore any other actions that may be beneficial for a discord bot or just python repo's in general. If any are found that are easy to implement, then add them to this list, otherwise open a new issue and go from there.

Create issue and PR templates

As the name suggests find/modify/create my own issue templates and pull request templates. Any subsequent issues & PRs opened either by me or the rare contributor should then use these templates.

Another good idea would be to create a template specifically for reporting bugs (unless I structure the general issue template in such a way that it could also be used for bugs, something to think about).

Add a license

Consider adding one of many open source licenses
