Harmony flags

Had to edit package.json scripts to run tests on harmony generators. Please add harmony flag on test script.

Remove environment in DB makefile

Too many workarounds – using a shell script to both set environment and run the app causes all kinds of problems.

There is an infinite loop in the tools/db makefile, because setting the pertinent environment variables calls the root-level makefile.

The solution is to remove all env.sh stuff, and just assume the correct environment is active in each target.
