Support poetry 1.2+ dependency groups in pyproject.toml

Newer versions of poetry (1.2.0+) change the configuration of dev-dependencies to use dependency groups: python-poetry/poetry#4260

e.g.

[tool.poetry.group.dev.dependencies]

We currently do not parse this correctly.

We also don't do anything with the "docs" dependencies.

Thread Panic on Execution

I've encountered an error while trying to run this on a repo:
