Error when reading special characters

I'm trying to use YALV to display some logs that have error messages with the stack trace.
But I'm getting multiple errors because of characters such as <, >, & and I can't actually use it.

Exporter.<>c__DisplayClass3.

StringToNumber(String str, NumberStyles options, NumberBuffer& number, NumberFormatInfo info, Boolean parseDecimal)

"log4IM:event" instead of "log4j:event"

I have a software which creates log4j - logs; but in the current version the change the entries from "log4j:event" to "log4IM:event". Now Yalv does not read it.

Are there some settings which ca handle this?

Multiline log row

Currently, the DataGrid does not automatically support adjusting the row height based on the content when it is multiline. It would be great to add this as an enhancement. This functionality would be extremely useful in situations where the content of a cell can overflow to multiple lines, as I have seen in many places where logs are used with messages contained in StringBuilder.

I will work on it on my own, but I'm opening the issue in case someone has already implemented it or comes up with a simpler solution.

Support for other log levels

a way to support other log levels, ie Critical, or custom ones.

possible allow the user to enter in what levels they are interested in and what colour to apply for the level.

Support For Live (tail) logging

Would be great to be able to leave the program open and not have to hit refresh :)
