Was receiving several errors during the build about the coalescing operator ?? and realized that the version of Node was 12.22

Work around: Not wanting to refactor the Dockerfile and cause more problems, simply updating the sources list allows to install 18.x LTS. This also includes npm. There is no need to explicitly install that package (it actually throws an error when attempting install)
