Add link to github repo

Add github logo or text at the bottom of the page so that users can find the github repo.

Enable 3-digit hex mode

The correctness of a color is mostly dependent on the first hex digit, so it would be useful for beginners to not have to worry about the second digit.

This should probably be the default mode as 6 digit hex is too confusing for beginners.
