Implement Left-Right as Rotate instead of Strafe

Allow for example using the left-and-right keys / stick to be a camera orbit instead of a character strafe.

Fix Issue where Quest is wrong directionally

I might not be able to fix the initial direction according to those in the know about the OpenXR implementation issues.

But I can and should fix the fact that the initial facing direction is what determines what "up" is.
I should not rely on the direction of the XR Origin for that.

Do feature check first

No reason to bother parsing args if forced XR is enabled.
