Chapters decompress unordered

EPUB's zip implementation is not inherently ordered and thus when iterating over contents they come unordered.
example: under current operation hors will return something like:

excluded: mimetype 
excluded: META-INF/ 
excluded: META-INF/container.xml 
excluded: page_styles.css 
excluded: content.opf 
included: Chapter7.html
included: Chapter6.html
included: Chapter5.html
included: Chapter4.html
included: Chapter9.html
excluded: toc.ncx 
included: Chapter2.html
included: Chapter10.html
included: Chapter1.html
included: Chapter8.html
included: Chapter3.html
excluded: stylesheet.css 

Note how chapter names are under no apparent order.

This causes the current implementation to write them unordered to the output file.
