Module dashboard style

There should be a maximum width for text fields and dropdown menus. Otherwise text lines are getting too long and the dropdown arrow is easily overlooked at the far right.

Unclear text field focus

Create new page: Use correct labels in error messages

When displaying errors, use the same field names as used in the labels of the form. Change order of error messages according to field order in form. Example:

Instead of:
Layout Id darf nicht leer sein.
Rewrite darf nicht leer sein.
Title darf nicht leer sein.

Use:
Seitentitel darf nicht leer sein.
Pfadsegment darf nicht leer sein.
Layout darf nicht leer sein.

Even better:
Geben Sie einen Seitentitel ein.

Wählen Sie ein Layout aus.

When uploading several files one after the other, the file manager forgets the user's current location/path and always starts at the root folder.

Site structure editor: Prevent active effect when draging a page

When dragging a page, don't show the animated click effect (the blue gradient bar). It is distracting/annoying in this situation.

After creating a new directory, the directory's name should be deleted from the field "Neues Verzeichnis anlegen".

• Place the "Delete"-Icon at the right side of the text field (as the text field is more important and more often used). Use a stronger red as it currently looks like being inactive.

Sublayout placeholders close after placing a block

After dragging a block onto the placeholder of a sublayout, the placeholder closes. It should remain open.

Content editor: prevent flickering with page loading

When loading the content editor, the screen flickers, showing hidden elements for a short moment. This should be prevented.

Hover color in table views

Use a different hover color (e.g. blue or yellow) in table views as currently it is the same as the alternating background color.

Error messages in forms

Display error messages next to the field with the error, not as a list at the bottom of the form (where the errors may not be seen on long forms).
