Include preface and appendix

The preface (To the Judicious and Impartial Reader) and appendix (An Appendix) are as much a part of the document as the chapters.

Show verses on small screen

Just popover the screen with the side pane, or something like that.

Build Script

Great work! How do you build/compile the html page? I was looking for something similar, but don't wan't to do it all copy/paste style. I have the verses and statements in json.

Improve breakpoints

For responsiveness. Don't let the verses pane get too small.

Move to a different domain

lbcf.walen.me is probably just as good as the other domains this confession is hosted on, but it would be nice to have it at something a little more generic, especially when I transfer this repo to @the-hardy-boys.

Disable scrolling of main content while side pane is open

Only allow scrolling side pane, when it's open.

Improve design on small screens

Size of header, font sizes, margins, etc.

Make table of contents take up less space on small screen

Accordion type-thing? I don't think I want to try for a side menu right now.

ENHANCE: Add support for source typesetting of the LBCF in LaTeX and desired formatted output docs.

This would be a really cool feature. It would allow for convenient formatting into PDF or HTML without too much fancy work using Pdflatex, Htlatex, Tex4ht and other similar solutions.
