installation error

hi i was trying to get pokete running so i needed this package. my OS is ubuntu 18.04 and i'm using python3.8.0. i've tried multiple versions (down to 0.3.3) using pip but each time i got the following error:

as you can see i use a mirror but i don't think that is the cause of this problem.

Input not recognized

When playing multi with two persons and two keys are pressed at the same time, some might not get recognized and their commands are not executed.
