Sometimes a listen is not submitted

Sometimes (especially during the playback via an app) the listens are not submitted to the Listenbrainz server.

I believe this is an issue with the Plex itself. There are also no errors whatsoever in the Plex console.

Weirdly enough, this also affects Tautulli webhooks, but looking at the logs, there are no traces of the webhook request being actually sent on the watched event, so there's probably a bug in the playback reporting mechanism.
