modules

Any modules in the modules directory will be loaded on startup. The file template in the modules directory provides a hello-world example; further insight can be gained by examining module.py.

Per-server module suppression

Need a way to suppress modules from loading based on server (or bot identity).

Registration of modules with SQLite storage, and a mapping table, probably the way to go.

No way to keep track of users across sessions or nick changes

Need some way of persistently storing user identities that the bot can recognise (including adding new aliases automatically on nick change, and recognising when someone is just masquerading as another canonical user).

SQLite storage is probably the way to go; need to flesh that out further.
