Save using service contract

Hi! i'm service contract strategy to create and save entity, but when i try to save it it returns:

This is the code in controller:

$newTicket = $this->ticketFactory->create();
$newTicket->setTicketId("8");
$newTicket->setTicketName("Ticket Interface");
$newTicket->setStatus("Aperto");
$newTicket->setOggetto("Oggetto Interface");
$newTicket->setContent("Contenuto Interface");
$this->ticketRepositoryInterface->save($newTicket);
